We engaged Amanda's services for my mother in law's 80th birthday dinner. Everything was just perfect. Amanda's "modern Australian menu" was delicious (and happily tweaked for dietary requirements). Chef Chrisitan was very professional yet very warm and friendly to all my guests. He efficiently served 36 people from our small kitchen in an open plan environment. The level of detail on the presentation was beautiful and the food was cooked perfectly. Timing was spot on and everything was delivered hot and spaced correctly. Our kitchen was left spotlessly clean but I did not even hear them do it. In an open environment I worried about the noise but we didn't even know they were there. Loved the night and as it was my birthday will always remember it fondly. Thank you Christian and the team for a wonderful night.

Christian was amazing. The food tasted incredible, he was even able to provide a second choice for entrees, to cater for those who didn't eat fish. The whole night ran smoothly. Christian's food preparation and supply of ingredients meant that everything was ready on time and the plating and taste was better than restaurant quality. Christian explained each dish as they were served by Yalda, our fantastic wait staff for the night. The kitchen was left spotless. All that was was left for us to do was to continue to enjoy the night after they left. My Dad Was overwhelmed by such a lovely surprise for his 80th birthday. A great time had by all. Thank you!

I decided for a 3 course menu and instead of dessert I was allowed to choose two different canape options, which was fabulous. Sonja was responsive and very helpful in organising everything prior to the event. Eddie and De were brilliant from the minute they came in to our home. He's got a great persona and is a fantastic cook! Everything went smooth and food was sooo delicious & the servings were to my surprise very generous serves too! My guests were all very impressed 🙂 such a great idea to have fine dining in your home without having to cook! I recommend it to everyone. De even was so lovely and engaged with the kids a little as well.. If I have to mention something is that I would have hired another waiter just to look after the drink/bar kinda section. But it wasn't a big deal at all as I didn't have a massive guest list .. 10/10 from me! I would hire Eddie again! Thank you very much for a fantastic evening.

By then the rest of the group had developed a rapport with Melissa who is not only a wonderful chef but one of the friendliest, well world travelled, super chef experienced people. Each time she left the place was tidier than when she arrived, tonight we don’t have anyone to cook for us, life barely seems worth living ;-> Please pass this to the company that put her forward and to anyone else that might be interested. This was the first time I’ve hired a cook to help when renting a property, if it’s always this good I’m a convert.

To have that in your own kitchen really was special, and a highlight of our night. He was also very accommodating to what we wanted, and exceptionally easy to deal with. Considering the quality and quantity of what we got, the price was absolutely reasonable. The At your Table team was easy to deal with and arrange the event with, and the operational aspects of having Chef Ryo visit the house were all very easy. I would (and have already started to) highly recommend chef Ryo to anyone who loves fresh high quality sushi and wants something really special for their next event.

To have that in your own kitchen really was special, and a highlight of our night. He was also very accommodating to what we wanted, and exceptionally easy to deal with. Considering the quality and quantity of what we got, the price was absolutely reasonable. The At your Table team was easy to deal with and arrange the event with, and the operational aspects of having Chef Ryo visit the house were all very easy. I would (and have already started to) highly recommend chef Ryo to anyone who loves fresh high quality sushi and wants something really special for their next event.

We were in Hobart for the weekend visiting Mona and organised a dinner with At Your Table while we were there. it was the most amazing dinner, served, cooked and explained beautifully by the Chef Shane and his assistant. He used all local produce, even explaining what farms the products came from. From the moment they arrived we didn’t lift a finger, they set the table, and provided such a beautiful meal and they were a joy to have around. Plus everything was cleaned up at the end – a truly amazing night. Thankyou and we will be doing this again! just coming up with the next location!

Dinner was fab! I was very impressed and would never have guessed it was Chef Shane's first time! Both he and the waitress were very friendly and professional the whole time, even whipping out a GF dessert when I had overlooked requesting it (oops, we had birthday cake for dessert which was not GF) AND providing my husband with same GF dessert on demand!! (it was his party so I guess they let him get away with it - 'where's MY pear?!') They dealt with the small space incredibly well - as I had organised everything without viewing the venue, I had not realised it was so small....kitchen and dining are in the same room.....the photos are really deceiving. Everything was served beautifully, the food was amazing, and they cleaned everything up. Very impressed, and would most certainly recommend them for a unique dining/party experience. My husband is a foodie, hard to please with high expectations (what was I thinking?!) and he was impressed - mission accomplished. Shane nailed the brief and executed it brilliantly. All the guests had a wonderful night, and I'm sure they wouldn't mind sending in some feedback for you also if you like. thanks for the memories!! it was perfect.

Shane cooked a delightful meal for ten of us for my mother's 70th birthday. Anna was a wonderful waitress and it was such a relief to have a spotless kitchen at the end! Shane and Anna let my young niece and nephew help out preparing the meal, which they loved. Shane helped my niece and nephew make their own dessert which ended up including salad greens on top ?. The adults had our dessert without the greens!

I had many compliments regarding the food and attention to detail from you and your staff. They were very impressed, as was I! I couldn’t fault my meal; it was just stunning. As well as those having the main menu, the two people who had the vegetarian dishes said their meals were just superb as well. Tony's three course menu was a difficult selection from his excellent wider menu offering but I am extremely pleased with our choices and the quality of the food and presentation. Tony also contacted me to offer a variation to the menu when he was offered a fresh seasonal alternative. This gave a very positive feeling to the engagement. On the night, Tony was charming, personable and engaging but not obtrusive. He was ably assisted by Laura who was equally engaging. I highly recommend Tony for anyone considering a private chef.
