TANDOORI FRANGO (CHICKEN) – Grilled chicken marinated in yoghurt, tandoori masala spices and garlic sprinkled with pomegranate
STICKY MANGO PANEER – Cubes of crispy fried Indian paneer cheese, pimenta peppers and spring onions, tossed in a mango chilli chutney sauce
TANDOORI BATATA (POTATOES) – Soft, fluffy batata (potato chunks) tossed in a spicy tandoori tikka marinade, with garlic, onions and sesame
CHILLI GARLIC CAMAROES (PRAWNS)- Seared crispy prawns tossed in a rich, spicy garlic and chilli sauce topped with spring onions and coriander
BHEL PURI- Crispy puffed rice, chickpea, onion, potatoes tossed in sweet and sour chutneys, topped with batatas fritas
ALOO TIKKI – Crispy, spiced potato patty, topped with yoghurt, homemade apple chutney tamarind sauce onions, pomegranate and batatas fritas
SESAME PATRA – Steamed and pan-fried Colocasia leaf rolls, topped with tamarind sauce, coriander and desiccated coconut
CHILLI GARLIC MUSHROOMS – Crispy button mushrooms, tossed in a sweet and sour spicy sauce with spring onions
PANI PURI – Crispy fried puri filled with a chickpea, potato, onion filling with a mint pani and tamarind sauce

DAAL MAKHANI – Slow cooked black lentil and red kidney bean curry cooked in a creamy, buttery sauce

METHI MAKAI – Rich whole sweetcorn curry in a spicy masala fenugreek gravy
PANEER TIKKA MASALA – Moreish chunks of Chargrilled Indian paneer cheese marinated in a spicy and creamy gravy
