Szechwan
Szechwan pepper, (Sichuan) sometimes reffered to as chinese coriander is a strain of pepper originating from the Szechwan region of China.
Szechwan pepper is widely used in traditional Szechwan cooking and most commonly in the western world found in Chinese 5 spice. Szechwan pepper is not as pungent, fiery or harsh as black papper. It has more floral aromas with hints of citrus.
