Sous vide
Sous Vide translates from French to ‘Under Vacuum’. Commonly believed to be a modern cooking method, this technique was actually used by the French years and years ago, just without the evolved accuracy of todays equipment.
Cooking Sous vide refers to cooking a product in its juices sealed by a food safe plastic vacuum sealed bag. Sous vide cooking machines allow products to be cooked very slowly and very accurately using water agitation and digital thermometers.
This method of cooking allows very hygiene friendly results along with accuracy resulting a perfect results everytime!
