Nicoise

Nicosie, or salade Nicoise is a salad composing of tuna, soft boiled egg, Nicoise olives, anchovies and quite often steamed baby potatoes. The salad Nicoise comes from the Nicoise region of france. Often the salad will also include, green beans, peppers, salad leaves and generous amounts of olive oil.
