Mille Feuille
A Mille Feuille is a traditional French pastry consisting of 3 or more layers of flakey puff pastry. Commonly the term is used to describe a stack of or layers of pastry or a biscuit separated by a fruit filling.
The most traditional form of a Mille Feuille is the well known Vanilla slice, or Custard slice.
