‘Market Fish’

On some of our Menus you will notice we frequently use the term ‘Market Fish’

Market Fish simply refers to what is available at the time of purchase. We pride ourselves on utilising Australia’s incredibly high quality seafood, with a view that, we buy what is available there and then.

Shopping in this manor does mean we cannot always guarantee a certain species of fresh fish. However it does mean that whats on your plate has been caught fairly and squarely! It Guarantees that your Market fish will be a fresh as possible, in season and downright delicious.
