Kofta
Kofta are popular in many cuisines including Indian, Palestinian, Moroccan, Jordanian, Turkish and many more.
Usually Kofta’s are oval shaped ground meat pattie’s, spiced with various flavourings dependant on it’s origin. A Kofta can be grilled, fried, steamed or baked, commonly served as an entrée in India with raita, salad and toasted almonds.
