Israeli cous cous

Israeli cous cous traditionally known as Ptitim is a toasted pasta, shaped like little balls. Outside of Israel it’s commonly known as Israeli cous cous or Jerusalem cous cous.

Cooked in a similar fashion to traditional cous cous, this version has a springy texture, a little more bite and doesn’t coagulate in the same manor
