Gazpacho
Gazpacho originating form the Andalusia region of southern Spain is a thin tomato based thin soup which is served chilled as a refreshing break from the midday heat.
Gazpacho will usually contain a base of tomato with, capsicum, cucumber, onion, garlic, vinegar, olive oil and salt. Variation’s exist and nowadays Gazpacho is a popular Canapé, served as a refreshing savoury shooter.
