Chimmichurri
Chimmichurri is a green paste or condiment originating form Argentina and served with meat cooked on an Asado (An Argentinian BBQ)
The classic Argentinian Chimmichurri is made from finely chopped parsley, oregano, pepper flakes, minced garlic, olive oil and lemon juice or white vinegar. Some other variations use coriander, cumin, thyme, basil and bay leaf.
