What is Capsicum?
Capsicum is a type of pepper in the nightshade family. The large variety is also referred to as bell peppers, or simply peppers in some areas. In the middle of their ripening period, they are yellow or orange and are much sweeter than the fully ripened green bell pepper.
How do you eat Capsicum?
Capsicums can be enjoyed raw alone or on a crudite platter, in cooked dishes like pasta, or stuffed with rice, other vegetables, proteins, and spices, and sauces and baked.
