Matching food and wine is a large part of what we do, it’s just as important as matching the individual ingredients as all these flavour tones will sing in harmony when well paired.
Pairing food and wine does need to be rocket science. If you are chasing the Young Gun of Wine award then maybe so, but for most of us we just want to drink the right wine with the right food for that complimentary marriage of flavour.

We would typically pair this wine with: Fatty Fish such as Swordfish or Tuna, Pork, Lean cuts of Lamb or even just with a beautiful sunset 😉
Syrah/Shiraz
What flavours do we get from Syrah/Shiraz: Blackberries, Black pepper, Spices
We would typically pair this wine with: Chicken, Smokey BBQ, Curries, Stews and long winter nights
Riesling
