Chef Patrick’s culinary journey began after graduating from university in the UK, but it wasn’t until his travels around Australia in 2016 that his passion for cooking truly took off. A chance encounter with his future mentor in a Melbourne café sparked a deep appreciation for the craft, and under her guidance, he refined his skills and eventually stepped into the role of head chef at a Middle Eastern café and restaurant.

Although he initially stumbled into specialising in Middle Eastern cuisine, Patrick quickly grew to love its humble essence and the rich variety of herbs, spices, and bold flavours that define it. His cooking reflects a genuine respect for the cuisine’s traditions, blending authenticity with his own creative touch.
