Her career then took her around the globe, spending five transformative years working on Superyachts. This unique experience allowed her to explore diverse cuisines and cultures, shaping her culinary style and deepening her appreciation for seasonal ingredients.

Now, she has found her home in beautiful Portugal, where she draws inspiration from the local produce and vibrant flavours of the region. She is passionate about nourishing not just the body but also the soul, and believes that great food should always be healthy and sustainable.
