Chris Sperduti
Chris grew up in a traditional Italian home where food was everything.
In the late 70`s my father owned a pizza shop in Toronto Ontario, Canada and a Snack Bar in the Gladstone Hotel also in Toronto, and for my whole life my father talked about getting back into the restaurant industry. So when his fateher passed away suddenly in 2011, Chris made it my mission to make his fathers dream his reality. He quit his career and went to Culinary School. Chris graduated with Honours also earning the Victory Knox Award of Excellence.
He spent the next two years as a Chef de Partie at Langdon Hall Relais and Chateaux in Cambridge Ontario,Canada where his passion for food was flourishing uncontrollably. Chef Chris has been a private chef creating and cooking personalized menus for clients in their homes and cottages all across Ontario Canada since 2015.
Chef has followed his heart as well as his love for travel and new experiences to British Columbia where he will continue to offer delicious, personalized culinary experiences, featuring locally sourced foods in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.
